What keep people from smiling? What keep them from giving a sincere and naturally carved smile that will inspire a great painter?
There are reasons why people tend to repress smiling. One reason could be their internal and emotional state. When a person is sad and lonely, he could not force himself to smile. Remember, a great smile emanates from within. Others cannot just smile because they do not want to show their ill structured teeth. If you are wearing dentures it is more likely that you would smile a little and finally repress it particularly if you feel that your dentures are not properly fixed. You must be preventing a greater disaster to happen when you smile if you have dentures or misaligned teeth by not being subject to bad humour from others. The Food Pyramid: Shaping Up To Slim You Down

You’ve seen it, you know it, and you may even use it. It’s as recognizable as Chef Boyardee, the Keebler

Introduced in 1992 by the U.S. Department of Agriculture the pictures and categories on the food pyramid proved the perfect visual tool to express suggestions about food variety and proportionality. The original pyramid includes daily serving suggestions such as: 6-11 servings of carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice and cereal), 2-3 servings of meat and suggests that fats, oils and sweets to be used sparingly.
